58 year old female with very large breasts with severe associated symptoms such as back pain, shoulder pain and grooving. She is shown about 2 months post breast reduction surgery with marked improvement in the symptoms and her lifestyle. We were able to maintain natural shape, symmetry, and contour to her breasts.
